QUEEN & Charity 2018

My experience as the Grand Winner of both ‘PFVI QUEEN 2018’ & ‘CHARITY QUEEN 2018’ represents a power we have as human beings to reach our goals and dreams. I believe that I have been part of a new generation of young adults who tried to make a difference in the world. This past year, I’ve received a plaque from FACE AUSTRALIA GLAMOUR AWARD 2018 ‘BEAUTY & COMMUNITY LEADER WITH A HEART EXCELLENCE AWARD IN CHARITY & BEAUTY PAGEANTRY. ‘ I was the delegate for FACE AUSTRALIA competed in Singapore as ‘MRS INTERNATIONAL ASIAN MUM OF THE YEAR VISAYAS 2019 ‘. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to Philippines to celebrate my birthday with the under privilege kids in elementary and kids with disability. I was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Singapore to participate in a pageant and took back the titles ‘ QUEEN OF ASIA PACIFIC 2019’ & ‘ TIMELESS BEAUTY AMBASSADOR OF CHARM 2019’. I am a nominee for one of ‘THE MOST INSPIRING WOMEN OF AUSTRALIA 2019’ organised by the Women’s Association Inc. I also took part of the opportunity in this year’s ‘PFVI PRESENTATION NIGHT – QUEEN & CHARITY QUEEN QUEST 2019’, as Event Coordinator, Emcee, Backup Dancer plus taking part of the role as a volunteered Photographer, Catwalk Trainer & Choreographer for the candidates of 2019. I value this experience as one of the greatest gift that life has provided me despite from my busy schedule in balancing three jobs at a time, being a single mother, family and friends. God has blessed me with people who believed in my ability. First, I thank my beautiful family, all of our greatest friends in the community and my son, Jake-Tyrone.

I was thought from a very young age that it is important to grow in life and help make a difference in the world. Besides being active in my community since 1995 and as ‘PFVI QUEEN 2019’ & ‘CHARITY QUEEN 2019’, I have been able to do just that over the past year. As my adventure comes to a close, I know that I have grown as a person with more compassion and with experiences I have only dreamt about. I feel truly privileged to have shared my reign to others by being their role model, empowering and attending to charity events to different organisations. There are so many people to thank. Thank you specially to the Philippine Fiesta of Victoria Incorporated for giving me the opportunity to be able to experience the journey. To my mother, Diosa- your love and support fuelled me positive energy whenever I needed it most. All the people I’ve met along the way will stay with me forever as I embark on the next part of my journey.

To the next ‘PFVI QUEEN’ & ‘PFVI CHARITY QUEEN’, take advantage of this grand opportunity and note that this is only the beginning of a promising and brilliant future.

This year I am closing one of the most beautiful chapter in the book of my life. My deepest thanks goes to the Philippine Fiesta of Victoria Incorporated who I had worked with this year. I would never forget this experience. Each one of you will always be present in the new chapter of my life. I’m truly happy to return to the place where my journey began… It has truly been an unforgettable year filled with adventures, surprises, challenges, growth, tears, and smiles. There’s also got a time of giving and making a difference. For the space to learn and grow, and for believing in my dreams and aspirations. Thank you to all my family and friends for your undying love and support. You are forever part of my family. My Memories are treasures that I will Keep with me for a lifetime. And finally, to all the people of the world specially our younger generation.. Hey, If I could do it, so can you! Never give up on your dreams and always look ahead.
