Once again, I take a deep pride and great pleasure of welcoming everyone to the 43rd Year Fiesta celebration in Victoria.

This annual traditional Fiesta and its festivities are the bright flecks in the fabric on Filipino  life, a time for celebration, time to meet old and new acquaintances and time to enjoy the beauty of our rich heritage and culture.

Through its annual themes the Philippine Fiesta has demonstrated unrelenting efforts of reaching out, connecting to everyone and to multicultural communities, re-affirming its desire towards peace and unity for progress (Kapayapaan at Pagkakaisa tungo sa Kapayapaan), love & respect is a sign of unity, the instrument towards peace.

In the spirit of our traditional Fiesta, lets celebrate this auspicious occasion in joining hands with love and happiness in our hearts.

On behalf of my family and the Philippine Fiesta Committee, a whole hearted thanks to all who continuously support this festive cultural event.

I encourage everyone to unify and work together towards unity for a peaceful and harmonious Community.
